Samsung And Bang & Olufsen To Create Rockin’ Phone
TV and audio lovers are familiar with Bang & Olufsen (B&O), makers of expensive and highly regarded home entertainment kit. The company has even dallied in high-end mobile phones [the decidedly odd Serene, anyone?] but it ditched them last year due to lack of success.
Now though, B&O is teaming up with Samsung to create a phone they hope will offer with unsurpassed audio. Leaked shots of the forthcoming M7600 indicate clearly that the amp inside will come from B&O, meaning audio lovers have something to get excited about. The phone itself looks a bit like the Helio Ocean 2 and sports a 2.8in AMOLED touchscreen, DivX support, HSDPA and GPS and a somewhat disappointing 3MP camera.
